Return & Refund Policy
At MuscleMend, we’re committed to providing you with high-quality, preservative-free products. Due to the nature of our product, we have a strict return policy to maintain product safety and hygiene.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:
• The product arrived damaged (e.g., cracked jar, leaking container).
• The product is unopened, unused, and in 100% original packaging (including seals, shrink wrap, and box).
To Request a Return or Refund
To be eligible, you must:
1. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
2. Provide clear photos of:
• The shipping box with the label visible.
• The product is in its unopened state with original packaging.
• Any visible damage to the item or packaging.
We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
• Opened or used products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Orders without photo evidence
• Returns requested for reasons of preference (e.g., scent, texture, skin reaction)
Why This Policy?
As a clean, preservative-free product that makes direct contact with the skin, we cannot restock or resell opened or used items. This ensures every customer receives a safe, uncontaminated product.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 48 hours of hearing from you.
We make sure to answer all emails within a 48 hour timeframe.
SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 48 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
